Refunds, returns and exchanges
The Museum will refund, credit or exchange purchases (including any delivery and packaging charges) if the item purchased is defective, if the Museum supplied the incorrect item, or if by law you are otherwise entitled to a refund for the item. If the item is defective, we request that you inform the museum within 3 days of receiving the goods.
The Museum will not usually refund, credit or exchange purchases if you have simply changed your mind.
The Museum will not refund, credit or exchange purchases if they have been damaged in transit.
The Museum will refund your payment if the item you wanted to purchase is unavailable.
Returns should be sent within 14 days of delivery and a copy of your proof of purchase must be included.

Refunds will be made to the credit card account used to place the order.
